Hi, Friend! My name is Stephania Sykes-Burns. I am a licensed Realtor/ Broker living in the Charlotte Region of North Carolina. I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida. I have lived in Charlotte for eight years. I am divorced and I have an adult son named Joseph, and he's my favorite person! My first career was in non-profit healthcare. I served as the Program Director for North Florida at the Alzheiemer's Associaiton, Central & North Florida Chapter for 12 years before moving to North Carolina, where I worked for a local hospice for two years. I continue to enjoy helping caregivers and famlies in the sandwich generation as a Realtor. 

After working as a transaction coordinator and social media manager for several Realtors in Charlotte, I was inspired to get my broker's license. The opportunity to work with a friend in an affirming, caring and kind environment was appealing. I got my Real Estate Broker license in October 2022 and formed Charm Realty with my dear friend and business partner, Andi Eddlemon. I am passionate about helping clients acheive their goals and build wealth. My parents owned various properties and I loved watching them help and empower families. I am passionate about building community and helping families. It is an honor to be included in some of the most important decisions my clients will make. I take my fiduciary duties and role as an advisior seriously. I will always do what is best for my clients. I invest time in understanding client needs and wants. I am a great listener with superb interpersonal skills. My client's objective is my only focus. 

I am an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incoroporated. I serve as Ivy Leaf Reporter and the PR & Social Media Chairman for Omega Tau Omega Chapter in Fort Mill, South Carolina. I am a member of York County Pearls of Promise and volunteer with various organizations, including American Heart Association and Habitat for Humanity.
